I went for a solo weekday lunch and got to pick my own seat on their patio. I went with the maki lunch which is choice of 2 rolls from the list and soup or salad. I got the salad, Miami roll and Hawaiian roll made with tuna. I also got salmon sashimi which comes with 3 pieces. It came out quickly and my waitress was pleasant. My 1 qualm is the rolls were a little sloppy; they fell apart as soon as I picked them up and the rice was sloppy and not tight. The fish was fresh and tasty but yeah the rolls couldn’t been tighter. I will return.

So delicious! Service was wonderful, accommodating. Great value for the amount of food, especially lunch boxes! Spicy edamame was a nice twist. Butternut squash soup with miso and a bit of fresh apple to start. Highly recommend.
Awesome place to eat. One of the best kept secrets in Delmar. Love the food and service here. NY Strip Teriyaki never disappoints. Keep up the good work and see you guys soon.
Friends who were visiting from California found this place online. We live nearby but had not been here before. It really exceeded all expectations with delicious sushi, sashimi, miso soup, tempura and salads. Our friends are from the L.A. area and were very impressed by the freshness and quality. Our waitress was friendly and attentive to our table.
The Hibachi Salmon is delicious. The 4 of us all asked for the same entrée. Our server was wonderful. Nice sound system for atmosphere.
The service at Shogun is exceptional. They treat every costumer like gold. The food looks like artwork and it is absolutely delicious! Attached is a photo of the geisha rolls that I ordered. My favorite dessert is the green tea mochi. My aunt got the tempura ice cream which she loved. This is currently my favorite restaurant and I think it would be yours too if you gave it a try!
Always excellent. If using delivery, it's on time and very pleasant. The food is always wonderful!
